Dr. Erica
As a business owner and former Chief Clinical Officer, I understand the pressure of leading at a high level. I know what it’s like to carry responsibility for people, decisions, outcomes, and long-term success while also trying to protect your own health, energy, and quality of life.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with driven, capable people who are used to being dependable, productive, and strong under pressure. I’ve also seen how easy it is for high performers to normalize exhaustion, urgency, poor sleep, stress, and habits that no longer support the life they want to live.

My background combines more than 20 years of experience in behavioral science used in clinical work, academia, executive leadership, and lifestyle medicine. That combination has shaped the way I think about health and performance. I don’t see vitality as something separate from success. I see it as something that makes sustained success possible.

I created this work because I believe high achievement should not come at the cost of long-term health, presence, or enjoyment of life. My passion is helping people recognize the patterns that are quietly working against them and begin building a life that supports both success and vitality.
